I'll like to thank @Aaron_MatthewIL for pointing out the MCA/MMCA table lacked the Feb 21 MCA with France. It's indeed significant, as he pointed out, since it's the first MCA with a European power. I append the reworked table to reflect this. Again, please keep critiquing. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
