Look at him https://t.co/tIZYkhkcwo
That Notre Dame QB just threw one of the most boneheaded interceptions I’ve ever seen with my own eyes

Reigning Cy Young got zero calls as a free agent. Dodgers didn’t even sign him. Giants sign him, he has no ST, gets hurt because of it, people call him injury prone lmao
@ColeyMick @ColeyMick I literally was on another post. Here is teh facts directly from his agent at the time of free agency. Teams was not even interested in signing him. I quote - "They just didnt call"

Small market Miami has to spend $68 mil for an entire roster. The system is rigged against them!
@ColeyMick Yep no need to question why only 5 teams are ever able to functionally compete with each other monetarily right?

They want you to believe the Dodgers are the bad guys
Brewers expected to field offers for Freddy Peralta this offseason, per @ByMcCullough.

Blake Snell was a free agent after he won the 2023 NL Cy Young award. He signed a 1+1 with the Giants on March 19, 2024. Teams didn’t want to sign the REIGNING CY YOUNG because he had a QO attached. 8 months later he opts out and signs with LA, somehow that’s their fault.

He struck out the side in the top of the first and then led off the bottom of the first with a home run that left the stadium. Danny Almonte wasn’t whooping on kids that bad

I do actually think they're paying ranking sites to gas up their prospects. They go anywhere else and stink up the joint pretty immediately
@ColeyMick They draft smart, develop good prospects, have excelent fundamentals, good hitting philosofy, good pitching, great defense, are not afraid to make trades for stars (thanks to the dev program and smart drafts) and actually spend like a team that wants to win

The Mets spent $8 mil less than the Dodgers did this year. The Yankees were also north of $300 mil. Neither of those teams were serious contenders. It's not just the money.
@ColeyMick People are going to push the salary cap after this series but at the end of the day the dodgers are doing what at the very least every other big market team can do. Stop letting these billionaires cry poor

Correct
@ColeyMick The problem is the many teams that don’t care about winning. Not the one that 100% does

The Angels built loser after loser around Shohei, the Red Sox were too cowardly to negotiate in good faith with Mookie, the Braves pushed Freddie out the door despite paying the rest of the roster minimum wage.

You can bitch and moan about what the Dodgers paid to build this team but their star power was largely acquired solely due to other teams' incompetence.

Dodgers just won the NL and they’re shaking hands like they won a three game series in June

Shohei Ohtani had 3 HR tonight and the Brewers had 1 HR in the entire NLCS. Shohei Ohtani had 10 strikeouts tonight and the Brewers starting rotation had 7 strikeouts in the entire NLCS.
