“If nudge is the predetermined policy tool, but co-designers expect to be able to shape the output, might this undermine the process and trust in the government?” (Yes! + nudge reinforces narrow forms of knowledge; is ethically dubious. Good stuff, @emmablomkamp @ColetteEinfeld!).
