In the article “Disneyland is tracking guests and generating big profits doing it”, it surprised me on the real life adaptation of collecting data and makes me wonder if other companies are already doing it. #eme4390s22

Through the article “Amazon Knows Who You Are” it seems like the more ways companies like Amazon collects your data, it becomes even more infringing on your right of privacy. #eme4390s22

In “Social Media and the Big Data Explosion”, it stated that companies have over 200 terabytes of data on people, that’s a scary as if there was a data breach it seems like everyone could end up affected by it #eme4390s22

Through reading “Why Sales Force Would Buy Twitter”, I was in shock to find out that Twitter provides enough data on it users for sales, and that a lot of salespeople use twitter #eme4390s22

My reaction to the Zuckerberg post is positive and supportive as it suggest uniting the world. This would then allow for greater cultural exchanges to happen and allow better cooperation in global problems, like climate change. #eme4390s22

I think the future of social media will allow everyone be involved in globalization, this would then allow everyone to be informed of situations and events all over the world without being there. The more we are connected the less likely violence would occur. #eme4390s22
