The CTO/NAL conference at Frimley Park this weekend was first rate with everyone fully engaged. Well done and many thanks for what you are doing in your counties and specialist areas. As I said several times I recognise this is not easy and thank you for stepping up for roles.

When visiting Royal County of Berkshire ACF yesterday I saw an excellent example of a Medical Plan. Well done the team, some best practice going on here I think.

Thank you to the Cadets Branch Media team for organising and running the Media Officers Conference at Holcombe Moor this weekend. It was great to have the chance to meet so many of the team from across the country. Keep up the good work.

It was good to be back at Longmoor today to see the Royal County of Berkshire ACF. Great to visit the water based activities in Portsmouth and then the adult induction training, along with the 1 star cadre. Also what a great high ropes course. Many thanks for your time.

All Army Cadet units with cadets who are RIFLES buglers please think about taking part in this RIFLES competition for all the pillars of the Regiment. It would be great to see a cadet as one of the winners.

I had a great time today visiting the Sea Cadets Conference for their young people in Doncaster. What a brilliant event and well done to Jane and the team for organising it. Many thanks to Jane, Captain Sea Cadets and CEO MSSC for hosting me. Some real best practice happening.
