Restoration challenges are worth it. @coffeeangel’s project proves Ireland’s hidden historic gems await their chance to shine. The overwhelming appreciation shows: preserving our architectural heritage pays off. https://t.co/Pin69HjrKX

This is a great example of bringing life back into existing buildings and remember, the most sustainable building is one that already exists. Well done @coffeeangel👏 #ClimateAction

There’s no doubt that Dublin’s restoration award of the year 2024 goes to @coffeeangel’s resurrection of the J. O’Grady & Co. shopfront at 1-2 Lower Mount Street just off Merrion Square, that languished for years under a heap of roller shutters, signage panels and beauty board 🧵

What a lovely post to read at the end of 2024. @coffeeangel’s restoration on Mount Street Lower was a wild leap into the unknown. Though I’d like to think others would have taken a similar approach after uncovering such historic beauty. Thanks @dubcivictrust… 😇

Delighted to be speaking at 2day's @ESGSummit at Croke Park. I'll be sharing @coffeeangel's innovative partnership with @Bionua_ & Dunsany Estate, showcasing how 1 small biz's sustainability journey can help carbon reduction (80,000kg this yr) & biodiversity restoration 😱

@coffeeangel’s restoration works continue on Mount Street Lower. Progress can feel slow. With fear of doing more damage than good to a facade so old. But delighted with our decision to peel away 120 yrs of paint to reveal the beauty & detailing of long-gone Irish craftsman

@coffeeangel's restoration/fit out is in full swing. While it’s a meticulous, time consuming process, we believe it’s absolutely worth it. We would rather do it right, than do it quick. We can’t wait to welcome you—stay tuned for more on the transformation journey!️🏗️✨

Coffee at @bordbiabloom. Just because you're in a (very lovely) field doesn't mean that you have to lower expectations. Great flat whites from both @coffeeangel & Naked Berry (+ @firehousebread almond croissant). 20c off hot drinks when you bring your own cup #BordBiaBloom

Once more unto the breach! . Built in 1830 much of the old has been erased - though we have found some historic beauty beneath decades of detritus. We’ll be doing our best 2 preserve & restore what remains. . @coffeeangel #9 coming soon. We are very excited! Watch this space… 😬
