New projects can be created using `composer create-project hyde/hyde:dev-master` - existing projects made on v1 will have to wait for the upgrade guide which will come shortly. The full v2 release will come in about one month. Have fun!!.

At long last, the first release candidate for HydePHP v2 has been rolled out! Please stay tuned for the official release which will contain the finalized changeset, release notes and upgrade guide. However, for those who are curious, feel free to start testing this right now!.

HydePHP v2 release candidates are being rolled out right now. It's a long process due to the many packages needing synced updates, as well as CIs that need to be updated on the master branch.

Yeah, the fact that I'm spending a few hours on data entry to assemble the changelog for HydePHP v2 really shows it got a bit out of hand. Don't get me wrong, it's all really good changes, but it is all so much for one release. Learning from my mistakes, and v3 will be lighter!.

By far the biggest pull request I have ever worked on. In total, this master PR is built through over 100 individual pull requests under over a year of time with almost 5500 commits and 50 000 lines changed. Gonna hit that beautiful merge button tomorrow!

I suggest upgrading your projects to v1.8 before v2.0 as v1.8 will make the upgrade smoother, so feel free to get on that as soon as it comes out! I'll drop a link :).

Must. Ship. Value. HydePHP v1.8 is rolling out in the pipeline right now! This release contains both new features, and preparations for HydePHP v2. The first release candidate of v2 will come out tonight or tomorrow, and in one month we'll get the long awaited v2 release! 🔥.

If your code is hard to test, it's probably hard to use. A lot of great #DX helpers in HydePHP were added because I wanted to be lazier when making tests, and they accidentally made things nicer for the people using the framework!.
