Every time I see people get mad at the critic meter on Rotten Tomatoes on here, it is pretty much always in service of generic franchise IP slop mostly for children.
61 "expert critics" hated the film, but more than 440 people liked it and most of the negative reviews are personal and sometimes even directed directly at the fanbase and not at the film itself, don't worry about negative reviews, they don't mean as much as they seem to mean.

Reminder that parents can easily block all websites they don't want their kids to see on their home internet and phones, but the govt wont tell you that/fund programs to teach that to people because they want to spy on you and censor you on the internet through age verification.
