If you can’t lead with love and compassion you can’t lead. If you can’t coach without screaming at/degrading your athletes, you can’t coach.If you don’t believe mental health affects your athletes you’re apart of the problem. Get out and make room for a new generation of coaches.

If seen it take kids out all week, this heat is NO JOKE. If you know you’re going to be competing in the heat of the day, you have got to take hydration seriously (not just day of). Not to mention fueling your body and getting enough rest. I’ll say it again. HYDRATE!!.

Back on the road this weekend after a successful camp day at USCA. While I love being on the road watching (okay truthfully not so much on the driving part) yall compete. nothing beats the relationship building aspect of an on campus camp!.
