Agreed. Subbing 5 is only for the kiddos and elite teams where the starters aren’t clear. Everyone can hoop.
I think subbing 5-in and 5-out consistently is a lazy way of coaching. I remember coaching Juco and a coach would do that every two mins. As an opposing coach I was elated when he did that, lol
