In perhaps the worst #d3fb referee call since the Alma/Hope debacle, this is ruled as @PSUPanthersFB’s RB (in green) being down and retaining possession. I honestly have no words. PSU is tied with @AMCAT_Football, 7-7 early in the 2nd quarter. @D3FBHuddle #d3fb @RedditCFB
