Utilizing @FiyrPod in all of our Speed Sessions gives instant feedback to our athletes. Off Season Speed isn't getting built doing tippy tap drills through the yellow ladder. Acceleration is how any athlete increases their speed over time.

"We are too busy to train because the season is starting." Understandable but your kids just invested 3-6 months and built strength, speed, improved velocity and they are moving so much better. Shift into In Season so that investment continues to thrive.

Tip of the Day Eat whatever you want today and don't feel guilty at all. Calories don't matter today and will not break you, it's one day where none of the noise matters and more dessert is fine. Just go outside and get some steps in, makes it all worth it.
