Videos of Russell Wilson and my QB’s in 2021 doing Fireball with a pedal drop. Drill I’ve used for several years. Good drill for learning how to push your drop and transition into a rhythm throw. Body control/ balance.

Hand pressure late to the ball (torquing and playing long). We teach it on certain blocks. This is film of an LSU OT drilling it vs a 4i and our LT executing it vs a 4i on counter. Know the front and your block’s relationship to the ball. Torque the defender.

Unreal! I’ve bought groceries and meals for kids. One kid lived with us for 6 months, because he had nowhere to go. This is ridiculous!.
