IMO opinion we are looking for the REINSTATEMENT of $3.21 plus INFLATION! This will definitely put the IQD higher than Kuwait in the Middle East. And I believe we are about to see that reinstatement happen! Currency was turned off, now it’s time to turn it back ON!.

This is PURELY my opinion. IQD was SUSPENDED due to sanctions in 2003. The rate was roughly $3.21 at that time. When something is SUSPENDED it gets REINSTATED. Meaning it picks up where it left off. IRAQ RV’D on Feb 8, 2023 when the rate changed to 1300/1310. (See thread…).
