Every day during Indy drills, & throughout practice I’m emphasizing on finishing w/ a VIOLENT RIP. Those who embrace it & truly finish their reps w/ it, will find success. Yet, there’s kids who believe their little chicken wing, “cool guy” rip will work…IT WON’T.
