Game day. Let’s have some fun!

Here it is the final product. Over five loads of dirt which equals out to 120 tons. Home plate raised five inches and the new mound. This is a great Christmas present!

With the cherry on top, our new mound is complete. Again, a big thank you goes out to Game Day Athletic Services for completely revamping our field for the upcoming year. They are the best in the business!

The past two days have been great working on our new playing surface. A big thank you goes out to Game Day services to getting this field back to top notch playing condition!

Big congratulations to one of my arms for all of his hard work. No, he is not walking on either!.

Congrats to former lion Will Varmette for being promoted to A-ball Lake Elsinore in the padres organization today. Will was part of our best pitching staff in the last 10 years that finished 9th in the nation in team ERA!.

Happy Birthday Dad. I miss you so much you just don’t know. Mom and I Love you!

Congratulations to @will_varmette for signing with the @Padres. Will was the only pitcher both in High School and Jr. College in the state of Alabama to be picked up with a MLB team! This past years staff was awesome. We have another one this year too!.

(Part 5) There is a saying in our game that is “have some feel” and you all parents need to act like you have some feel. It’s not about YOU! So act like got some feel. When your son goes to play college ball, you cant holdtheir hand anymore! I digress.

(Part 3) No college Coach will tell an organization for a kid not to play. The only reason you shouldn’t be playing is in case of an injury. That should be the only exception. Parents, you all need to be better and not act like your in high school yourselves.

(Part 2) Be their for the guys who are busting their butts in his heat looking a opportunity to be committed just like you! They were their for you dang it YOU BE THEIR THEM! There is a transfer portal for a reason. There are players better than you out there.

(Part 1) Recruits. If a coach comes to watch you and your not their even if your committed and the reason is your on vacation, not good. You made a commitment to that organization and the school that you committed to, to continue to become a better player.

Initial after the season I had posted that my staff finished 11th in the nation in team ERA. Well, I was wrong, after checking a few minutes ago, my guys finished 9th in the nation! A top 10 pitching staff, so proud of my guys!

First and for most, I want to give God all the recognition and glory for this one. After a long season of ups and downs the Wallace State Lions pitching staff finished 1st in the state in overall and conference stats! I can’t say enough how proud I am of my guys!.
