I begin my 41st year coaching at The University of Georgia today. An 18 year old freshman in my first year is 59 years old. One of the biggest rewards for me has been watching them become the kind of family men, parents and overall citizens they have become. Cheers to them.

Tomorrow will be the 1st day of my next chapter. I gave it all I had for 42 years. I have a million incredible memories and relationships that will endure for a lifetime. So thankful - I hope I gave back more than I was given. It was always about the people I served. Go Dawgs.

After 2 seasons at USC, Ryan Colby (UTR 12.82) is transferring and has verbally committed to @UGAtennis for the fall of 2023. The former blue-chip recruit played primarily at #5 singles and #3 doubles this season with overall records of 30-15 in singles/20-10 in doubles.

Alex Michelsen, who could've been playing the NCAA tennis championships as a freshman at the University of Georgia this week, just beat U.S. No. 1 Taylor Fritz in the second round of the ATP event in Geneva. Fritz snapped his racquet in half over his knee after losing match point.
