This is how I was brought up in the game! I softened my stance on the shoe situation. I got tired of hearing excuses why this shoe hurts or doesn't fit right. I now focus on performance and removing any excuses why you can't play at our standard. Old school with modifications!
We tuck jerseys in every practice. We wear shirt & tie on game days. We wear team shoes. We TALK. DEFEND. TAKE CHARGES. Might be “old school” but it’s also just the RIGHT WAY, no matter how long it’s been done. We will hold the line, even if we’re the last one’s holding it.

I have been saying the very same thing for years! I know this is worse than what we realize! A lot of teens look at betting like playing a video game.
When we promote gambling every chance we get Why are we surprised that people find loopholes to profit from it? Why does it have to go too far before we question it? My teenage son is asking me about betting apps because his peers do it. We can't be casual about this man!
