Recruits:.Go where you’re wanted. You’re valuable & don’t need to beg someone for a roster spot. If they’re not showing you love, that’s all the sign you need. There’s a home for you that you don’t know exists yet & you won’t find it if you don’t look 🤞. This isn’t just sports.

We had an upcoming opponent drop out, so this is just a last ditch effort. Anybody (preferably a club, JUCO or NAIA reserve squad) want to play us on Aug 30th or 31st? 😅. 3 PM MST, we have refs set up already, 15ish recruits coming to campus & can possibly sweeten the deal.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a team music speaker? Looking for something to use outside during training sometimes.

To add: our outgoing assistant would’ve stayed and we would’ve kept him if we were able to. Life events just happen sometimes but he’ll be staying on as a volunteer which I think shows that he enjoyed his experience, much like I’m enjoying mine ⚽️.

Due to unforeseen issues, we are looking for a full-time assistant coach at @NJCWSoccer. Pay is $30k-$32k/year. We are a JUCO in NJCAA Div. 1. Housing is not provided/included, but there is potential to be a dorm hall director at a later point. Message me if you’re interested!.

If you’re a transfer or 2025 still looking this late in the game, Cochise is your best bet. Nationally ranked program. Reigning Coach of the Year for his region. Played 2 NCAA D1 schools and tied one. All their sophomores receive offers to move on.

For clarification: Is there a certain time frame where you think their chances of successfully transferring have considerably dropped? Maybe desirable schools have filled their roster, spent their money, stopped looking, etc.

College Coaches:. On avg., by when do you think a player in the portal should have committed somewhere? Is there a time when you think they've waited too long?. If they stay in the same division?.If they're willing to drop down?. Just looking for opinions of the more experienced.

Sometimes recruits say, sports would interfere w/ their grades. My 4.0 students are still 4.0 students, but my 2.0 students have LOTS of support to help them b/c of athletics. Having tutors, coaches, teammates & extrinsic motivation (eligibility) makes a BIG difference for us.
