there are rarely any issues between a youth coach & player/family if both sides are transparent coach: set clear expectations & hold players accountable players/families: respect expectations and communicate when things are grey or hidden it’s a recipe for conflict

Yep, it’s all connected and when you look at what the Spanish Women have done these past several years at the U17 & U20 FIFA Tournaments you can understand todays result. For those who say that these Youth Tournaments aren’t a predictor for the future are completely lost.
