Good Weight Lifting session with the guys. It’s tough to Effectively teach, instruct or correct someone without being on the floor demonstrating how to do it. Samething in the weight room. So I “got in the mud” with the guys today lol Coach still can get 255.Logan was hating lol

I love this coaching grind. seeing these kids chase their dreams is so fulfilling. Making sure they don’t make the mistakes I did is why I’m here. I want the best for all these youngins. Go be great. Accomplish everything you’ve set for yourself!! Don’t cheat this grind! It knows
