We have to remember, a lot of athletes come from situations where they have no mentors, no guidance, no โcoachโ until they meet us. So how do we blame them? Instead of writing them off, we should be doing everything in our power to helpโteaching, guiding, and creating.

A great coach doesnโt just watch talented kids fail because of bad grades. We step in, guide them, and help them find a way. Some kids donโt even know what a GPA is until 11th grade. A JUCO route, a second chance, the right connections. thereโs always a way out. Letโs not.
