If you elect to drop out of playoffs, you need to be playing in a non district schedule and remove your team from the district rankings. The seniors on each of these teams deserve the right to compete in the playoffs.
We're now at six teams dropping out of the football playoffs. I know Christian County is in a unique situation right now, but it's a bit shocking to see a 6A team drop out of the playoffs. South Warren gets a first-round bye.
