Some WPIAL boys basketball coaching news. Canon-McMillan hired Glenn Gutierrez. Once was head coach at Was one W&J head coach for nine years. Assistant at few other colleges. Also Ambridge recently hired Daryn Freedman. Was head coach PSU Grtr. Allegheny and Gateway High.

Colton Straight has been on a shooting tear this season. Shooting a nice 42% from 3 and 52% from FG, Colton is undoubtely one of the best HS shooters in Pittsburgh. Colton led his team with 33 PTs to secure the 3rd seed in PIAA Playoffs Straight has 5 20+ games and 3 30+ games
