Don’t include a number when announcing your offers. Coaches spend too much time and effort not to simply be your “17th offer”. Placing a numerical value is tacky and disrespectful. Remember how you felt when you got your first and how badly your teammates would kill for just 1.

I’m always gonna root for kids I know, I don’t care if they picked other schools, I’ll still retweet their stuff and talk them up to colleges. I still want them to be successful, I don’t care where they go to school. That’s just how it is. If you don’t like it don’t read my stuff.

I can’t even watch. I can’t stop crying but if you’re seeing this you should watch. You should share. Ryan’s legacy needs to live on forever, he was one of the greatest people I’ve ever been around. He would have affected so many more people and so many more lives.

Tough loss to a terrific Fenwick team. What a ride it’s been. From 0-3 and down at half of game 4 to the quarterfinals. Everyone gave up on us but the seniors never stopped working and leading. I love this team more than they’ll ever know. Very proud to be a Roadrunner today.

We thought he had lost his mind when he told us he didn’t care about winning. Imagine that, one of the most successful coaches in the state saying he didn’t care about winning or losing. This season is so much bigger than that for our kids and it’s been so much fun so far.

You all can hate on @jjmccarthy09 all you want. Yeah he only threw for 140. Yep no touchdowns today. Correct his numbers were underwhelming in back half of the season. I can promise you that kid doesn’t care about any of that. All he cares about is winning and that’s all he does.

There’s so much to say about this group here. 5 state qualifiers, all seniors. A third place, a 4 time qualifier and the two winningest kids in school history. For the first time in our history the season isn’t done yet. Tuesday at 6 we’ll be wrestling for a trip to team state!

Lots of people are JJ fans due to his play or his accolades and I am too but the real reason I love JJ McCarthy is because of the man he is. This is amazing but honestly it’s just one of the many examples I could give. He continues to impress me and I’m so proud. Love you 9.

Hardest worker I’ve ever been around. I know in Jersey there is a sense of pride in the toughness of their residents. Ryan fits that mold perfectly. Schiano had a heck of a run first time around at RU, the movement has started again and Rutgers landed another huge building block.

I was asked why I still have a chip on my shoulder. Some people seem to think Naz was always where it’s at now. The lean years weren’t that long ago. I remember them all too well. I will never forget actually. I’ll keep that chip, always.
