This is so important to talk about! There should be a premed track starting in community colleges. How else can we ensure Latino and black students have an equal opportunity to become physicians.
Most Latino and Black college students attend / start at community college in California . Dr. Michael Galvez + myself are both medical subspecialists + community college grads from the Bay Area, CA . Medical schools CAN consider community college as a strategy to diversify
