Just wanted to thank everyone again for honoring me this award tonight at the GLFCA Legends dinner at the Galt House. When I became a coach this was never the purpose but I’m truly honored to be this years Assistant Coach of the Year 🙏🏾

Today was the first day of football practice, which marks the start of year 10 as a coach, and year 10 as a coach of my alma mater. Been blessed to be at the same school for this long and work with so many great people and athletes 🙏🏾🏈

Getting easier and getting better. Average mile time is 1 minute down from my last 6 mile run, and ran this 6.5 miler in the same time I ran my 6 mile in. 💪🏾🏃🏾♂️

Got to stay consistent to get better. Had a 12 hour car ride back home today but still had to put some work in. Trying to become a runner. Had some 60 sec hill repeats today followed by 1.5 mile run to finish 💪🏾🏃🏾♂️6.5 mile run in the morning
