Last week was an extremely great week for our program and I’m proud of how our boys competed. The outcome will always take care of itself when you put the work in.

Coaches, these kids work their asses off for the prize. Don’t lead them on and don’t ignore them if they aren’t good enough. Just tell them. They understand. It’s ok to be a human being in this process and not a robot. Be kind and honest. Kids deserve that.
