How close is the competition in men's college soccer? The 138th ranked D1 team (Massey ratings) lost 2-1 to the 22nd ranked D3 team in a spring game. That same D1 one team lost to the #24 (at the time) D1 team 2-1 during the regular season. #d3 #d1 #collegesoccer

I don't always have time for individual training, when I do and the kids really are enjoying themselves, it throws me back to why I coach. Young kids are sponges and, with the right encouraging coaches, partnered with parents who understand it's about development = a win.

It's crucial to take boredom seriously. Standing around during practice can be frustrating for players & lead to boredom, which can be a significant demotivator. Make sure that every minute of the session is productive & enjoyable for your players. #EngagingPractices #soccercoach
