The mental health side of coaching/teaching is one I see rarely talked about. This world is a grind, a profession where the actions of others many times greatly affect your perception of success/failure and sadly your own perceived self worth. Always remember you’re never alone!

An insane amount of people in this profession take themselves way too seriously and forget how blessed we are to get to be involved in a game for kids well into adulthood.

Pet peeve: people who complain about there current position/situation but refuse to work like they want to change it. Attack everyday like somebody is coming for everything you’ve got. Everything else will work its self out!
