“The Comeback Thursday”. After practice this evening, had my 1st baby stepped 🏀 w/o since knee surgery 6/11/24. Been a frustrating yr not being able to go full speed w/my athletes. But ill be back full swing in a few months! . Not fully running yet. But can move a lil bit‼️

Every college coach is different but this is a basic thought process of a college coach during the recruiting process.

Recruits understand the difference btw a college coach . Reaching out: Saw film/ game & sees potential . Interest: Has multiple convos & likes the vibe/ communicates consistently/ On campus visit. Offer: Wants player to be a part of their program! Actually extends an offer!.

“The Interview Process Thursday”. ‼️Recruits‼️. Treat recruiting like an interview process. When you come on campus for visits, you dont have to be dressed up, but at least wear your best/fave sports gear & some good sneakers. Be presentable!. Wearing a crop top, with baggy.
