High school coaching isn’t seasonal today. Winning requires year-round work, especially in the offseason. Part-time coaches who pour themselves into it are a blessing, because everyone knows they’re certainly not doing it for the stipend.

Year 18 officially starts today. I have to pinch myself that for all of these years, I get to wake up & coach hoops. So grateful and appreciative for all of the men who I have worked w/ that have taught me about coaching, about hoops, about life, about making an impact on people.
