This is the best book I’ve ever read. I constantly go back and read it and still find ways it helps me, as a person and coach. Cooler, Closer, Cleaner. Read it, you’ll never be the same. It’s not just for athletes, it will change your whole perspective on how you’re wired.

At my son game. …NO reason an AAU tournament should be charging ONLY day passes for $25, knowing teams play both days. A family of 3 is being charged 150$ to watch them play. It should be mandatory to offer a weekend pass. Like are we trying to encourage AAU, b/c that’s not.

For the life of me I can’t understand how players spend their whole life trying to make it to the NBA just to sit out games(summer league/reg season). I understand it’s a business, but don’t let the money or success make you forget that little kid that just wanted to hoop!!.
