Overuse ❌ OverCompetition ✅. A lot of 🗣️ about overuse. Maybe throwing more, and pitching less is better! . Coaches throw 10-100X each day more than players, yet rarely get injured. Using the arm w/o pitching w/ intent is 👍 for youth players.
