This weekend, we had the privilege of hearing from a panel of remarkable trailblazers — including our own Courtney Erdman, who was honored this weekend for establishing the WBB Club in 1993. She was joined by Mary Schleusner, who brought the voice of today’s female athletes.

Four Decades ago, women’s athletics at W&L took root thanks to the vision and determination of administrators, coaches, and student-athletes who took it upon themselves to CREATE the opportunity to compete in the sports they loved. We are so appreciative of the love/sacrifice.

‼️ A big takeaway from our Elite Camps this wknd- COMMUNICATORS get noticed. Cheering on teammates you just met, throwing high fives, and getting into the spirit speaks volumes. Those that did that AND echoed calls, put a name on every pass, and yelled spots/rotations got that ✅
