I hope all fans show love and appreciate every kid in the 2021 class whether they like the highlight tape or not. The majority of these kids never got to see campus or meet the coaches in person. They made, maybe the biggest decision of their lives so far, based entirely on. .

We do not offer more than we can recruit. So each offer is meaningful and should carry weight…It may not be the popular thing to do nowadays but it’s the right way and #TheHardWay.
I believe in honesty and transparency during the recruiting process. That’s why every offer from NIU these past 6 years have come directly from me as the head coach. There aren’t fake, non-commitable offers from NIU. Retention remains high in our program .#TheHardWay
