They can't do that the 4 best players in the league were on the same team in CW-VG.
@yungtellie I’d have to check the official CDL ruleset but I know that is a power commissioners in major sports leagues have used before. I think it would be super fair for the league to interject and say the four best players can’t be on the same team.

Give me the 5 best players in order in the CDL era . 1. Simp.2. Shotzzy.3. Cellium.4. aBeZy .5. Hydra. Leaving Scrap off feels absolutely dirty but every other player other than Hydra has played all 6 seasons. If it was last 3 years Hydra and Scrap both minimum top 3.

The esport is dying because they got rid of Tier 1, GameBattles. Genuinely the worst thing to happen to competitive call of duty ever.
Unfortunately the amount of players retiring or stopping playing after this year is only going to get more and more if the ecosystem of this scene continues on this path. Eventually there will be no tier 2 and the game will die out at the hands of Daniel 🐐 Tsay 🐐 beast legend.
