Dr. Dreyer's passion and commitment have left an indelible mark on all of us. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the work he inspired us to continue. We will share more here in the coming days to honor and celebrate this truly amazing man.

His leadership has been a key moral compass and an energizing force within our community, constantly challenging us to do more for the families we serve.

His decades long career included his leadership as the Director of Pediatrics here at Bellevue and Past President at APA - Academic Pediatric Association, Past President at American Academy of Pediatrics.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of a true champion for children, Dr. Benard Dreyer. As a beloved figure at Bellevue Hospital and Children of Bellevue, Dr. Dreyer was a deeply caring doctor and a fierce advocate for children everywhere.
