We came in the top 4 of schools in the whole of Wales and received £800 from the Welsh Heritage Schools initiative with our project, "Wales on our doorstep." Mrs Groves and 2 pupils went on Friday 5th July to the National Library of Wales to receive the award! 🥇 @whsiawards

Brilliant sessions had with all classes with @VSTEAM_Edu today learning about renewable energy sources and how to make our own windmills!

Mrs Groves visited Pennsylvania last week with other local headteachers and LA education team members to learn about the education system there. Here’s a lovely clip of her teaching the children there! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇺🇸

Our beautiful finished graffiti mural, completed by our year 5/6 pupils and @dime_one, all made possible by the @Arts_Wales_ and their have a go fund! 😍😍

Had the most incredible day with year 5/6 working with @dime_one doing beautiful graffiti art at our school 😍 he’s still going, but here’s some of what we’ve gotten up to!

Spring is definitely on the way! Fabulous fungi and elegant snowdrops found by year 3 and 4 during Forest Schools last week! 🌺

Having a fab day at @hay castle with Mari Fforde, studying the Dark Skies exhibit and scaling planet distances on paper and outside too! 🌟 🌍 🪐
