Friday 3rd Jan saw a focus on Medical Emergency Response (MER) drills, with staff actively role-playing within fabricated scenarios, before taking part in discussions on why particular decisions and actions were taken, and how collective response may be improved.

Every quarter CTS holds ‘Safety Day’ with all practical training operations stood down for the day, offering time for our colleagues to engage in emergency response procedures. The occasion is also used for guest speakers, review our own HSEQ performance and business updates.
