Not UC palayan. All castes will be affected equally if law and order deteriorates. It's not 90s that people will fight in name of castes on ground. A few small conflicts may take caste turn but that's it.

At least Nitish govt itself doesn't feel so. Just see the announcements, like 10000 per woman for business, increase in pension etc. Clearly tells things are tough for NDA as per JDu-BJP and they doubt coming back.
