Here we have a nearly completed #RangeRover 204DTD #engine. Next is to install the oil pump and sump. The 2.0l diesel engine has been used by Jaguar Land Rover for many years on a range of their vehicles and we have a great deal of experience reconditioning them for customers.

The process of skimming a cylinder head involves resurfacing the mating surface to ensure a tight seal. The mating surface is located where the cylinder head and the cylinder meet, and if the head is not perfectly flat, leaks or ruptures can easily occur.
