More than an inconvenience when we have a 15 month old child who dislikes flying and a hotel all paid for. No timeline for refunds is simply not good enough for a major company such as @Eurostar
@Eurostar What sort of system is this? You cancel my train just before Christmas leaving me with a hotel in Paris and no way of getting there without overpaying on late plane fares and no timeline for my refund? Please explain this process you have in place, just not good enough

After 3 marathons, 2 Half Marathons and a 10k, it’s finally taken it’s toll on @OlafC4C 🏃♂️⛄️ It was so hard running as Olaf, especially in the heat of the London Marathon! Some good fundraising done in that suit!!

Massive thanks to @theBIRDcharity for nominating me for a hotel break through @RoomToReward ! We’ve chosen the @horseguardsLDN for our stay and the room is fantastic with the most comfortable bed! Such an amazing hotel and we’re having the best time in this lovely weather!
