Recent weather forecasts show potential for more incoming disruptive weather including windy and gusty conditions tonight and into tomorrow. Crews will continue to work throughout if they can do so safely, but additional outages are possible.

Due to extensive system damage, some customers in more remote or wooded areas with significant tree damage may remain without power well into tomorrow. We encourage all customers to stay safe and plan accordingly.

Restoration efforts continue with all available crews working across the county, and additional mutual aid crews will be joining shortly.

Finally, stay safe! If you see a downed power line, assume it is live and dangerous. Stay far away and report it immediately by calling our outage line.

Continue to report outages by calling our outage line at 360-992-8000 or submitting our online outage report form and check our outage map for the latest outage information. Please note that estimated restoration times are difficult to predict due to the large number of outages.

Sometimes it may seem like there’s no restoration activity in your area or you don’t see crews in your neighborhood, but rest assured we are working our way through all outages and will restore all customers as soon as we possibly can.

Power restoration efforts follow a specific methodology and order, beginning with public safety facilities, then transmission lines, substations, feeder lines, and finally primary lines.

Outage update: We’ve made significant progress restoring power, but many customers are still without service. Our crews are working diligently and will continue working around the clock until everyone’s lights are back on.

Credits applied to accounts will be visible when logged in to your Clark Public Utilities MyAccount and will also appear on your next utility bill.  Visit https://t.co/77CKFDVgWL to apply for the $200 pass-through credit. You just need your utility account number to get started.

This week, more than $5 million in state credits have been applied to pre-qualified Clark Public Utilities customer accounts. If your account was identified as pre-qualified, you will be alerted via text message from the state’s partner agency, Promise, about the credit.

Your household may qualify for a $200 Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant on your Clark Public Utilities bill. The program helps low- and moderate-income households with the clean energy transition via bill credits to eligible residential household.
