Before every interview, I remind myself: Honor their story, not prove mine. I do this by researching, relaxing my body & listening with warmth. People open up when they feel trust—not extraction. One quiet goal for me each time: stay curious, go deeper & notice the unspoken.

I had to remind myself more recently, especially on the rough days, to stop, look around and indulge in simple joys. The beautiful Philly sky at sunset was today’s reminder. ❤️

Sending prayers to Jayson Tatum - it was awful watching him wheeled off like that and having to end the season with a terrible injury like the Achilles. No matter who you root for (or don’t) no one wants to see that happen to anyone.
