Ooo, be involved, available & not aloof? .The best Trustees are amazing, the worst can be unavailable, ill-informed & add barriers to progress. It's okay to ask to have training to make up for gaps in knowledge. The role of #Trustees is to understand, empower & lead. #CharityHour.

I've just done a 200 mile round trip to see a client I've loved supporting for 3 years, it's good to be in person, it's been a long day! I mentor fundraisers, train people in all things #legacies and #corporate #fundraising #CharityHour.
