Today the Government announced its intention to reform leadership and management training for civil and public servants, establishing a new Leadership College for Government. We will be sharing more details here over the coming months as the new college launches.

After six years as the UK Government Chief People Officer (GCPO) I’m leaving the Civil Service in April this year to take up a new role in the private sector. Subject to the relevant approvals, I’ll be excited to share those with you in due course
