Mr @ainbyoo this woman is a real good leader She has been in office for one year now without any fight with @EriasLukwago_ like other EDs used to be She has brought devolution of powers in @KCCAUG where town clerks are the sub EDs of their divisions Kudos @Buzeki_Sharifah
She deserves her flowers. I think Hajjat Sharifah Buzeki is going to transform Kampala for good. I recently saw her asking tough questions on the road works done on Lower Kololo Terrace and then at Mukwano where spoilt sections of the road had to be fixed overnight. @KCCAUG
