Updating the map will take time, including determining which projects are fully dead and which ones are actually still in planning. Some projects aren't even listed. Keeping track of what's going on is the best way to prove to people that positive things are happening in STL.

I'm working on the St. Louis Development Map again and moved a lot of projects to the "completed" section. When you look at the Central Corridor, so much has been built and renovated over the past decade that, in some cases, entire neighborhoods feel like they've been rebuilt.

Related to roads and infrastructure: more curb bumps will be coming to Broadway south of Busch Stadium soon. Some have already been poured meanwhile these look like they’re on the horizon.

The new single-family homes still look good. Not many lots left to build on.

Next door, 2200 LaSalle has been open for a while now. I recently saw a LinkedIn post where another new apartment building (I assume by the same team) will soon be proposed here. There are grassy “blocks” across LaSalle where such a building can go. It’ll be something to follow.

A suburban project update:. The planned 180-unit apartment complex at 13431 Manchester in Des Peres has some life. Koplar Properties is teaming up with Albion Residential to get the "Magnolia Ridge" project built. It'll be the first apartment complex in the City of Des Peres.
