An EF-1 tornado has been confirmed near the Research Triangle in Durham County. This tornado was brief and fast moving which snapped numerous trees and dislodged an HVAC unit from a nearby warehouse building. #NCwx

The world came to Beijing recently -- & also to Delshire Elementary! Teacher Mark Altherr held his own Olympics, letting students experience curling, bobsledding & speed skating. Thanks to the Cincinnati Curling Club for the loan of a real, 44-lb. curling stone! #OHBetterTogether

We continue to grown our junior programs. Huge leaps today. Maybe one day they will meet an Olympian. 😉 Maybe one day we will build enough to host a bonspiel 💪
Got to go and see my niece play in her very first bonspiel today! So nice to see so many kids having the time of their lives out on the ice. There was sweeping rocks to the stop that ended up 20 feet short of the hogline. There was fist pumps. There were so many smiles. 🥌 🖤
